GOLD DIGGER

Trust me “She” said, it will be different this time. He meekly offered her his heart which “She” swallowed whole.

Society

I saw him standing alone at the bus stop, sobbing uncontrollably. I went up and comforted him. Unfortunately I was also very poor, so I snatched his briefcase and vamoosed.

Growing Up As a WWE Fan in The 90's in India

The 1990's in India was a fabulous period for all of us who grew up in it, no SMS, no Facebook, No Twitter, No multiple SIM mobile phones e.t.c , it was a Renaissance period for India. It was the time where for the first time the Indian Economy became liberalized thanks to economic reforms. Notwithstanding all the mumbo-jumbo it was the time where blood-relations, filial obligations were stronger than business obligations. The Human Factor in daily life was at its zenith then , the whole para/moholla/locality Knew each other, Addas were common there as life was still lived at a leisurly pace unlike today. The onslaught of Cable Tv had not yet begun then and Doordarshan was still a popular channel, the shows were classy and generated huge TRP'S before the TRP'S became such a craze, serials like Mahabharata, Sri Krishna, Jungle Book, Chitrahaar e.t.c made people finish their work quickly so that they could come home and watch the shows in peace.
WWF(wwe) was the show that had grabbed my fancy during that time, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H, Goldberg, Hulk Hogan ,The Undertaker, Kane, Rikishi e.t.c were my role models then :p, Vince Mcmohan was a villain to me who tried to destroy the lives of these guys, it gave me great joy to see that these guys could overcome the devious schemes of Vince Mcmohan and emerge victorious. Of course i was naive at that time and believed Wrestling to be real, every stunner , every people's elbow, every pedigree brought me immense happiness, i cried when they were busted open or were struck with steel chairs. The Whole show made me believe that being macho is the way to go. My friends and I used to practise the moves in School much to the horror of the onlookers, our whole life apart from studies seemed to revolve around WWE. Possessing a pack of WWE cards was equivalent to possessing an I-pHONE in our circle. We tried to connect every incident occuring in our life with the incidents happening in WWE. For the first time in my life i was not sure about my decision of whom to support during the Triple H -Austin rivalry. Triple H was a certified badass but his evil personality exuded irresistible charisma which made me become his fan while Austin was the toughest dog ever to set foot on earch causing Hell wherever he went. My life during that period was pathetic by my standards, two of my role models were kicking the life out of each other while i could not do anything, the rivalry continued for about 1 year and by that time i had reached Class 6 that is High School. Due to my hectic routine i could not squeeze in enough time to watch my favorite show and slowly i lost interset in it. Now in 2011 while surfing the channels i came across Ten Sports which beams WWE and saw a familiar figure from the past dressed formally , yes it was Triple H , he had now become the Head of the WWE replacing his father-in law Vince Mcmohan, now as a somewhat mature individual i could realize that the dialogues,rivalries, fights were all scripted. But instead of being disappointed or heartbroken i was happy as it reminded me of my glorious past, the past innocence which made me believe whatever was shown to me. India may have progressed rapidly in the 21st Century but for me India in the 90's was the best period as Values of Humanity, Love, Trust still held prominence over matters of Money .

Past is always glorious
by that only you have become known or famous
that must remain on or continuous
the reason may be many or various

you can't go by the past
though it might have ended fast
the present may still be eluded
if past is not at all included

you love the present and think of future
the thing which is not there for sure
Think of the past with little from present
you won't feel future too absent

don't read much about anything
you will have to prove for everything
you can't trust the present trend

you may plan accordingly with some mends- hasmukh amathalal

Major Reasons for the failure of CRM

After Reading different blogs, watching demo versions of softwares, listening to different people i have discovered some of the Major Reasons for the failure of CRM. They are as follows:-

Strategy Errors- This type of errors occur because
a-of the absence of right leadership
b-A business leader needs to be in charge of the CRM effort. A successful CRM is basically a major business initiative
c- Quite often the strategy is hazy and not clearly sketched out

A perfect CRM strategy and vision need to anticipate and define what customers are going experience at each touchpoint, and how will they be handled at each touchpoint. The vision needs to be clear to everyone. Problems occur when an Organization's business constituents have differing expectations of the benefits of CRM.
CRM strategy and business strategy are not properly aligned

CRM is an expensive way to automate inefficient or ineffective processes.

Companies get better results from CRM when they begin by focusing on sales processes:

Customers not consulted

Implementation Errors
Inability to link channels
People errors
Introducing CRM simultaneously to thousands of employees.

It's easy to want to do too much, too fast. Get it right first with a small team of employees chosen to represent a cross-section of your company. Choose an initial project that can make a dramatic difference, with clear key performance indicators. Strong pilot results will help you avoid the next pitfall:
Changing the system, but not the people
Process errors

To avoid the pain of revision, some companies don't take the opportunity to re-engineer and optimize their processes. They look to CRM as a patch rather than an opportunity from the ground up to increase customer satisfaction, revenue, service and overall productivity.

Technology Errors that is double entry of Data

Often marketing, sales and service departments already have different types of CRM software, from different vendors, to track the same customers. As a result, these departments can't share data, and have redundant support and administration costs.

Customer Management Errors
Customers do not get to experience the new benefits.

इमानदारि करने वाला हमेशा विजय पाता है! - HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY

Mr. S these days looks upon at “elected” officials as nothing more than “Saints”. He associates saints and politicians as if they are alike. The Older generation too looks upon them as the Spiritual Heads of the country. According to Mr. S the Politicians symbolize whatever is right in this country. But their names hardly appear in the news, social as well as print media why? Because according to Mr. S Honest People need not appear in front of people to prove their Honesty. Mr. S THINKS that the world needs more of corruption, greed, and scandals rather than the transparency and honesty and intellectualism that is prevailing today.
Mr. EXPLAINS:-
The main function of a modern Politician is to not worry about the security of his job and speak his mind freely without any sycophancy. He must be very watchful so that his comments do not become a part of mainstream media coverage.
A politician’s journey is not over unless he does considerable good for the society which can be measured in terms of economic growth. The Politician also has to avoid meeting with Stars of The Film Industry, and spend the rest of his life talking about the welfare of the “Aam Aadmi”
Mr. S Remarks Indian politics is the place where criminals are reformed and where thugs and goons become Honest. The Indian Politicians sensitivity towards societal welfare is unmatched and unsurpassed.
The only reason why India has still not ascended in the ranks of Honest Nations is due to the dishonest people who make wild allegations of nepotism , corruption against the “GODLY” POLITICIANS , But the Politicians have a big heart and forgive and forget whatever is said against them and continue doing their good work

P.S (These remarks were made by Mr. S while he was being transported to the RANCHI MENTAL ASYLUM)

"My father's father -le père de mon père-моего отца отца"

Yaalini had never really got along with her दादा(grandfather), in fact she detested him, but she had been giving her Father truckloads of trouble hence she had been packed off to live with her grandfather in Lepchajagat, near Ghum in West Bengal to see if he could rectify her factious, daughter. As soon as she reached Lepchajagat Grandpa set to work giving Yaalini lots of work to keep her engaged. Yaalini however soon became disillusioned and at every given opportunity, usually late at night when Grandpa was roaming in “la-la” land, sneaked out to meet a group of choloz(Southern California slang term) she had befriended at the local market. She was soon back to her old mannerisms and was now increasing the crease lines on Grandpa as well. Now this group of teenagers that Yaalini had befriended, were a graphic lot, they loved their tattoos something that Yaalini had not dabbled in, yet... Her GRANDPA allowed her to hang around with them during her idle time praying that allowing this would stop Yaalini 's late night sojourns, but this was not to be the case. She drove the poor old man nuts, but grandpa was not a man to give up so easily he gave Yaalini more work, he began to treat her the way she treated others.. He warned Yaalini that that no matter where he was he would always be watching her, He also told Yaalini not to even dream about getting a tattoo, as in his days they were only worn by the anti-social elements and the Naxals, he said that he considered tattoos as a form of self -mutilation. Yaalini the rebel as she was upon hearing this lecture decided at once that she must have one. Two years went by, Grandpa had gotten very ill, and after a visit to his doctor found out that his stay on Earth was coming to a logical end the big "A", had claimed another victim. Six months went by, and Grandpa lay on his death bed, his family surrounding him,. He wanted to speak to Yaalini, he wanted to tell her something. As Yaalini bent down , he whispered to her, " I know you detested my very existence, I have no regrets about that , but always remember this, no matter where you go, no matter what you do, I’ll ALWAYS watch upon you " , Grandpa breathed his last a few minutes after he had spoken these words. Yaalini went back to live with her father One sunny afternoon Yaalini
Decided now that grandpa was gone she could finally ink a tattoo on her body, a petite one on the nape, a dragonfly. She sat nervously on the tattoo artist’s chair, she had a fair idea of what to expect as she had already seen her mates get one .As the tattoo artist’s needle pierced her Epidermis to trace the outline of the tattoo, Yaalini suddenly felt very sleepy, and dozed off .She awoke to the gentle nudging of the tattooist. "All done and dusted " the tattooist said, " That will be 400 rupees please" Yaalini asked the man if she could see her tattoo, he handed her a mirror so she could view the nape, as soon as she saw the tattoo Yaalini gasped in horror for there at the nape was a face not any face but the face of her deceased grandpa" Holy shit!" exclaimed Yaalini "its the one you chose" replied the tattooist, before you fell asleep i have witnesses to establish this fact. Yaalini quietly paid the money, and walked out the store shaking her head in utter disbelief, but as she did, she heard a voice, an iner voice saying “tumi jekhanei aacho amar chokh tomar opore sobsomay aache” (wherever you are my eyes are always upon you).

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "Kapitalist" AND "SOCIALISTES"(CAPITALIST AND SOCIALIST)

My Friend was about to finish his first year of life after school i.e college life.

He considered Himself to be very liberal and was very much in favor of the imposition of higher taxes to support more government programs, in other words redistribution of wealth.

He was deeply ashamed that his mother was a rather dévoué conservative, a feeling he openly expressed. Based on the lectures that he had participated in, and the occasional chat with a typical liberal professor, he felt that his mother had for years harbored an evil and selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.

One day he was challenging his mother on her opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the need for more government programs. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by his professors had to be the truth and he indicated so to his mother.

She responded by asking how he was doing in College. Taken aback, he answered plutôt hautain(rather haughtily) that he had a 4.0 GPA, and he let her know that it was very difficult to maintain, insisting that he had taken a very difficult course and hence was constantly studying, which left him no time to go out and party like other people he knew. He didn't even have time for a girlfriend, and didn't really have many college friends because he spent all his time studying.

His mother listened intently and then asked, "How is your friend Mei-li doing?" he replied, "Mei-li is barely scrapping through. All she takes are easy classes, she never studies and she has merely scored a 2.0 GPA. Even then She is very popular on our campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too Crudo"(crudo is Mexican slang for hangover)

The wise Mother asked her son, "Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA."

The son, visibly shocked by his mother's suggestion, angrily fired back, "That's a crazy idea, how would that be fair! I've worked really hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Mei-li has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my a** off!"

The Mother slowly smiled, winked and said gently, "Welcome to the capitalist side of the fence."

If anyone has a better explanation of the difference between capitalist and socialist or progressive or neocon I'm all ears. If you ever wondered what side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test!

If a capitalist doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a socialist doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.

If a capitalist is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a socialist is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.

If a capitalist is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A socialist wonders who is going to take care of him.

If a capitalist doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Socialist demand that those they don't like be shut down.

If a capitalist decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.
A socialist demands that the rest of us pay for his.

If a capitalist reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A socialist will complain

because he's "offended".

"Revolutionary Chaos-Rivoluzionario Chaos"

In my grief I hear demons shriek;
I weep while wolves and jackals laugh.
Though tears I shed to mourn a hero,
With head raised high, I draw my sword .-Wang Juntao

The recent happenings in the Middle East are growing increasingly serious day by day . All feature large-scale destabilization. seeing the latest twitter feeds it seems that the the epicenter of the upheavals has moved to Libya.Latest Reports coming in from Libya’s second-largest city—Benghazi—says that mercenaries have massacred hundreds of anti government protestors. Some news channels report that that the Libyan government has lost control over the Western Part of the country. According to a statement by Qaddafi son of Gaddafi , protesters have reached the capital—Tripoli—from the eastern part of the country.Political Experts are speculating about what these Libyan “agitaciones” mean. Libya has become an associé important pour l'Europe after he was forgiven for his involvement in the Lockerbie bombing.
But the most frightening fact is that Tehran is trying to introduce a military component into the situation, moreover the dictators may use the time-tested method of blaming the U.S or Israel for the chaos and channeling the protesters rage against these countries and thereby saving their "throne".The most distinct part about this "Jasmine Revolution" is that this is not a revolution by the downtrodden caste but an outburst of pent up frustration by the rising middle-class in these countries, like in Tunisia we found the revolution being led by doctors and engineers, while in Egypt it was by the student community, Social Media channels like Facebook and Twitter have played a very important role in making these revolutions a success. But beneath all this hullabaloo there lies something sinister, Fundamentalists may use this situation to set up base in these countries, they may even start brainwashing the youth, we have to be on our guard.
It is almost certain now that Beijing will soon join the melee, as these countries carry great Geo-political significance and are largely untapped markets with vast potential.

I fight a battle every day
Against discouragement and fear;
Some foe stands always in my way,
The path ahead is never clear!
I must forever be on guard
Against the doubts that skulk along;
I get ahead by fighting hard,
But fighting keeps my spirit strong.

I hear the croakings of Despair,
The dark predictions of the weak;
I find myself pursued by Care,
No matter what the end I seek;
My victories are small and few,
It matters not how hard I strive;
Each day the fight begins anew,
But fighting keeps my hopes alive.

My dreams are spoiled by circumstance,
My plans are wrecked by Fate or Luck;
Some hour, perhaps, will bring my chance,
But that great hour has never struck;
My progress has been slow and hard,
I've had to climb and crawl and swim,
Fighting for every stubborn yard,
But I have kept in fighting trim.

I have to fight my doubts away,
And be on guard against my fears;
The feeble croaking of Dismay
Has been familiar through the years;
My dearest plans keep going wrong,
Events combine to thwart my will,
But fighting keeps my spirit strong,
And I am undefeated still!-S.E. Kiser

OMINOUS SIGNS-SIGNES SINISTRES(OMINÖSE ZEICHEN)

I Was reading the Interview of Fathi Baja aged 58 who is old enough to remember Sept. 1, 1969, when, as a high school student, he had joined the throngs of excited crowds pouring into the streets to chant their support for the then dashing young military officer called Muammar Gaddafi, who had just pulled off a coup to oust the Libyan King.According to him it was a revolution not a coup, a revolution which they thought would lead them to freedom and peace. Benghazi is Libya's second biggest city, It is here that last week's revolt first exploded. It is the third instance of an Arab nation revolting against a despotic regime. The signs are very clear, revolution is in the air and it is up to the responsible NATIONS Like AMERICA , INDIA e.t.c to take stock of the situation, this revolution in the middle-east has been called the Jasmine Revolution by some, but for me this is a Pre-Apocalyptic Revolution, I am 21 years of age going on to 22 so i have not seen the World Wars but I have read about them , and the parallels i find are shocking, there had been discontent brewing in Austria prior to WW1, which ultimately drove a wedge between the Prussian and Bavarian sides, now when we compare this with the present day situation in the Middle-East we find that the role of Austria has been taken up by Tunisia which has opened the floodgates in the Arab World, care should be taken that the fundamentalists should not capitalize on this situation,already despots like Gadaffi have begun to blame America for this situation, in normal cases this can be brushed aside as the sayings of a madman , but the ground reality is that most of the protesters are young and can be easily brainwashed into believing whatever they hear, we should urge our nations to monitor the situation closely and take punitive action before it is too late, I am not being pessimistic but just stating the hard reality , Dr A.Q Khan the rogue Pakistani scientist had black-marketed nuclear fissile material to countries like North Korea and Libya, GOD FORBID that these WMD'S do not fall into the hands of the fundamentalists.I Just received news that about 200 people have died on the streets in Libya due to firing, i urge everyone do something before its too late , Twitter alone can't save Libya.

"beauty"

Here they are. The soft eyes open.
If they have lived in a wood
It is a wood.
If they have lived on plains
It is grass rolling
Under their feet forever.

Having no souls, they have come,
Anyway, beyond their knowing.
Their instincts wholly bloom
And they rise.
The soft eyes open.

To match them, the landscape flowers,
Outdoing, desperately
Outdoing what is required:
The richest wood,
The deepest field.

For some of these,
It could not be the place
It is, without blood.
These hunt, as they have done,
But with claws and teeth grown perfect,

More deadly than they can believe.
They stalk more silently,
And crouch on the limbs of trees,
And their descent
Upon the bright backs of their prey

May take years
In a sovereign floating of joy.
And those that are hunted
Know this as their life,
Their reward: to walk

Under such trees in full knowledge
Of what is in glory above them,
And to feel no fear,
But acceptance, compliance.
Fulfilling themselves without pain

At the cycle’s center,
They tremble, they walk
Under the tree,
They fall, they are torn,
They rise, they walk again.

"THE GOOD MAN"

THE GOOD MAN

It is a lie universally acknowledged that an individual enters politics to serve his people. This theory holds “true” in 99.99% cases, the only notable exception being that of Mr. S, from a very early age Mr. S had started exhibiting his leadership skills, his skills included beating up his classmates, bullying them and lying to his parents, such was his charisma that he spent 5 years in the same class without the Teachers getting bored of him, he was also a very good singer, his singing was so good that people provided him with sumptuous meals by showering moldy bananas and apples on him. After Graduating from “The University of Crime and Deceit” he joined the “BACKGRESS” party, the Motto of his party was to improve the world and bring back Paradise on Earth, and to fulfill their aim they were trying to enter into an alliance with “LUCIFER”, Mr. S was a very honest politician, he never took bribes, he only accepted bank drafts, his honesty was the stuff of legend in the political arenas, he was so honest that Mr. Laden began preaching “sainthood” after hearing Mr. S’s tales of honesty. Mr. S always stood up for the rights of people, he banned all voices of opinion as it may influence the innocent mind, and moreover he banned the Internet as it was a corrupting influence on people, Mr. S was a very sympathetic man, during his reign all educational institutes were closed as they put too much stress on people’s minds, in their place he opened bars so that people can enjoy, Mr. S took necessary measures so that business could flourish in his country, the most profitable industry in his country was “KIDNAPPING” & “MURDER” , besides having all these qualities Mr. S was a very disciplined man , this explains the reason why no one ventures out of their homes after sunset.

HE IS TRULY THE GREATEST POLITICIAN ALIVE.

"BEING FAMOUS"

BEING FAMOUS
Nestor Andrews was born in a small nondescript town near Texas, from childhood only he had begun to show traits that he was going to become one of the greatest boxers that the world had ever seen. His father Dominique was employed as a supervisor in a construction firm, Nestor’s mother Amelia had passed away during his childhood. Nestor’s favorite pastime was to punch the cement bags which he found, while he was at the construction site, this type of behavior shocked the co-workers of Dominique who then advised him to send his son away to some distant place where he can find peace of mind and stop exhibiting such aggressive behavior. Dominique heeded his co-workers advice and promptly sent away his son to his uncle Lex. Now Lex was a former professional boxer , but his exit from the boxing ring was rather disgraceful , he was thrown out because of rampant drug use, when he heard of his nephew’s predicament , he saw in it a golden opportunity to redeem himself . On that very night in which Nestor arrived, Lex asked him whether he was interested in becoming in becoming a boxer, Nestor was thrilled to hear this and promptly agreed , from the next day itself Lex began to train his nephew, he would make him run for 5 miles, he would ask him to do 100 one-handed push-ups, he would ask him to sit in a bath-tub full of chilled water for about 2 minutes, and lots of other rigorous workouts , this practice continued for about 4 years. During this period the reigning “WBF” champion Goran Medved had issued an open challenge to anyone who wanted to face him for his championship, Lex did not waste anytime , he immediately registered his nephew’s name with the organizers. The organizers joy knew no bounds , they were gleaming at the prospect of minting thousands of dollars by projecting this match as a battle between a champion and an underdog . The match was booked to be held at Madison Square Garden on the 13th of august 2010 which incidentally happened to be a Friday. Preparations were at full swing , during this time Nestor was closely examining his opponents movements on the T.V screen, Now the champion Goran was a giant in the true sense of the term, he was 6ft 5 inches tall, and his punch felt like a sledgehammer on the skull, in comparison Nestor was 5ft 8 inches tall, that’s a considerable difference meaning that Nestor had to move quicker and had to reach out further to cause some damage to his adversary . On the other hand Goran was confident that he would win the bout, but the only thing bugging him was that he had no videos on Nestor and hence did not know much about the boxing style of Nestor. The D-DAY finally arrived, it was Friday the 13th, the stands were packed to the rafters, Goran entered the ring first followed by his entourage, finally came Nestor accompanied by his uncle Lex. After the opening formalities , the much hyped bout finally started, the first two rounds of the bout turned out to be damp squibs as both guys were too reluctant to attack , but from the third round onwards the fireworks started, Nestor delivered the first serious punch of the match which left Goran dazed , this was followed by a left hook , this sudden assault left the champion reeling and he retreated to a corner. But the champion retaliated with a heavy barrage of punches followed by a scorcher which busted open the left eye of Nestor, During the next round Nestor was finding it increasingly difficult to see, but he did not quit , he began to employ a new strategy, instead of employing heavy duty punches he began to deliver quick but sharp punches to the champion , the champion was surprised , he did not expect such a fight back from Nestor , he tried to close of the match by delivering his deadly knockout punch , but his effort was thwarted and in return he received a bone crunching punch on his cheekbone, after which he fell like a 18 wheeler crashing and burning . In the final round , both opponents attacked each other with renewed vigour , it seemed like Nestor was gaining the upper hand when suddenly Goran delivered his deadly knockout punch which shut out the lights of Nestor. The match was officially over , Goran had won the match and thereby retained his belt , the crowd were on their feet, they knew they had been witness to one of the greatest matches in boxing history, meanwhile Lex was shattered, he realized that he had lost the chance of redeeming himself , he slowly entered the ring and helped Nestor to his feet , they were about to leave when Goran came up to them, he said, ‘Well Done young man, you took me downtown to Chinatown for a one way trip to hell, I was plain lucky to escape with a win today, your boxing technique was impressive, I think it needs a little bit more of fine tuning after which I am sure you will become one of the greatest boxers in the world’, Goran then turned to Lex and told him “Great Job, Man! You have discovered the next big thing in Boxing , by doing this favor for the boxing world you have effectively redeemed yourself”. Lex thanked Goran for his advice and promised to make Nestor better prepared next time, before leaving Nestor was asked to say a few words , to which he said “I realized you can break a man but you can never destroy his spirit” , he then dropped the mike and walked off with his uncle with a smile on his face.
