The 1990's in India was a fabulous period for all of us who grew up in it, no SMS, no Facebook, No Twitter, No multiple SIM mobile phones e.t.c , it was a Renaissance period for India. It was the time where for the first time the Indian Economy became liberalized thanks to economic reforms. Notwithstanding all the mumbo-jumbo it was the time where blood-relations, filial obligations were stronger than business obligations. The Human Factor in daily life was at its zenith then , the whole para/moholla/locality Knew each other, Addas were common there as life was still lived at a leisurly pace unlike today. The onslaught of Cable Tv had not yet begun then and Doordarshan was still a popular channel, the shows were classy and generated huge TRP'S before the TRP'S became such a craze, serials like Mahabharata, Sri Krishna, Jungle Book, Chitrahaar e.t.c made people finish their work quickly so that they could come home and watch the shows in peace.
WWF(wwe) was the show that had grabbed my fancy during that time, Stone Cold Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H, Goldberg, Hulk Hogan ,The Undertaker, Kane, Rikishi e.t.c were my role models then :p, Vince Mcmohan was a villain to me who tried to destroy the lives of these guys, it gave me great joy to see that these guys could overcome the devious schemes of Vince Mcmohan and emerge victorious. Of course i was naive at that time and believed Wrestling to be real, every stunner , every people's elbow, every pedigree brought me immense happiness, i cried when they were busted open or were struck with steel chairs. The Whole show made me believe that being macho is the way to go. My friends and I used to practise the moves in School much to the horror of the onlookers, our whole life apart from studies seemed to revolve around WWE. Possessing a pack of WWE cards was equivalent to possessing an I-pHONE in our circle. We tried to connect every incident occuring in our life with the incidents happening in WWE. For the first time in my life i was not sure about my decision of whom to support during the Triple H -Austin rivalry. Triple H was a certified badass but his evil personality exuded irresistible charisma which made me become his fan while Austin was the toughest dog ever to set foot on earch causing Hell wherever he went. My life during that period was pathetic by my standards, two of my role models were kicking the life out of each other while i could not do anything, the rivalry continued for about 1 year and by that time i had reached Class 6 that is High School. Due to my hectic routine i could not squeeze in enough time to watch my favorite show and slowly i lost interset in it. Now in 2011 while surfing the channels i came across Ten Sports which beams WWE and saw a familiar figure from the past dressed formally , yes it was Triple H , he had now become the Head of the WWE replacing his father-in law Vince Mcmohan, now as a somewhat mature individual i could realize that the dialogues, rivalries, fights were all scripted. But instead of being disappointed or heartbroken i was happy as it reminded me of my glorious past, the past innocence which made me believe whatever was shown to me. India may have progressed rapidly in the 21st Century but for me India in the 90's was the best period as Values of Humanity, Love, Trust still held prominence over matters of Money .
Past is always glorious
by that only you have become known or famous
that must remain on or continuous
the reason may be many or various
you can't go by the past
though it might have ended fast
the present may still be eluded
if past is not at all included
you love the present and think of future
the thing which is not there for sure
Think of the past with little from present
you won't feel future too absent
don't read much about anything
you will have to prove for everything
you can't trust the present trend
you may plan accordingly with some mends- hasmukh amathalal

I live as an eccentric individual who tries to keep alive the "música della lingua", keeps his head and heart together in words, and sparingly writes with passion and belief that even if one person reads what I wrote, he/she will have something to think about for the rest of the day.I Wish to follow an integral approach that attempts to create a harmonious society. This is possible only if we satisfy the needs of the body, the mind and the soul.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A "Kapitalist" AND "SOCIALISTES"(CAPITALIST AND SOCIALIST)
My Friend was about to finish his first year of life after school i.e college life.
He considered Himself to be very liberal and was very much in favor of the imposition of higher taxes to support more government programs, in other words redistribution of wealth.
He was deeply ashamed that his mother was a rather dévoué conservative, a feeling he openly expressed. Based on the lectures that he had participated in, and the occasional chat with a typical liberal professor, he felt that his mother had for years harbored an evil and selfish desire to keep what he thought should be his.
One day he was challenging his mother on her opposition to higher taxes on the rich and the need for more government programs. The self-professed objectivity proclaimed by his professors had to be the truth and he indicated so to his mother.
She responded by asking how he was doing in College. Taken aback, he answered plutôt hautain(rather haughtily) that he had a 4.0 GPA, and he let her know that it was very difficult to maintain, insisting that he had taken a very difficult course and hence was constantly studying, which left him no time to go out and party like other people he knew. He didn't even have time for a girlfriend, and didn't really have many college friends because he spent all his time studying.
His mother listened intently and then asked, "How is your friend Mei-li doing?" he replied, "Mei-li is barely scrapping through. All she takes are easy classes, she never studies and she has merely scored a 2.0 GPA. Even then She is very popular on our campus; college for her is a blast. She's always invited to all the parties and lots of times she doesn't even show up for classes because she's too Crudo"(crudo is Mexican slang for hangover)
The wise Mother asked her son, "Why don't you go to the Dean's office and ask him to deduct 1.0 off your GPA and give it to your friend who only has a 2.0. That way you will both have a 3.0 GPA and certainly that would be a fair and equal distribution of GPA."
The son, visibly shocked by his mother's suggestion, angrily fired back, "That's a crazy idea, how would that be fair! I've worked really hard for my grades! I've invested a lot of time, and a lot of hard work! Mei-li has done next to nothing toward her degree. She played while I worked my a** off!"
The Mother slowly smiled, winked and said gently, "Welcome to the capitalist side of the fence."
If anyone has a better explanation of the difference between capitalist and socialist or progressive or neocon I'm all ears. If you ever wondered what side of the fence you sit on, this is a great test!
If a capitalist doesn't like guns, he doesn't buy one.
If a socialist doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
If a capitalist is a vegetarian, he doesn't eat meat.
If a socialist is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.
If a capitalist is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A socialist wonders who is going to take care of him.
If a capitalist doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Socialist demand that those they don't like be shut down.
If a capitalist decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.
A socialist demands that the rest of us pay for his.
If a capitalist reads this, he'll forward it so his friends can have a good laugh.
A socialist will complain
because he's "offended".

OMINOUS SIGNS-SIGNES SINISTRES(OMINÖSE ZEICHEN)
I Was reading the Interview of Fathi Baja aged 58 who is old enough to remember Sept. 1, 1969, when, as a high school student, he had joined the throngs of excited crowds pouring into the streets to chant their support for the then dashing young military officer called Muammar Gaddafi, who had just pulled off a coup to oust the Libyan King.According to him it was a revolution not a coup, a revolution which they thought would lead them to freedom and peace. Benghazi is Libya's second biggest city, It is here that last week's revolt first exploded. It is the third instance of an Arab nation revolting against a despotic regime. The signs are very clear, revolution is in the air and it is up to the responsible NATIONS Like AMERICA , INDIA e.t.c to take stock of the situation, this revolution in the middle-east has been called the Jasmine Revolution by some, but for me this is a Pre-Apocalyptic Revolution, I am 21 years of age going on to 22 so i have not seen the World Wars but I have read about them , and the parallels i find are shocking, there had been discontent brewing in Austria prior to WW1, which ultimately drove a wedge between the Prussian and Bavarian sides, now when we compare this with the present day situation in the Middle-East we find that the role of Austria has been taken up by Tunisia which has opened the floodgates in the Arab World, care should be taken that the fundamentalists should not capitalize on this situation, already despots like Gadaffi have begun to blame America for this situation, in normal cases this can be brushed aside as the sayings of a madman , but the ground reality is that most of the protesters are young and can be easily brainwashed into believing whatever they hear, we should urge our nations to monitor the situation closely and take punitive action before it is too late, I am not being pessimistic but just stating the hard reality , Dr A.Q Khan the rogue Pakistani scientist had black-marketed nuclear fissile material to countries like North Korea and Libya, GOD FORBID that these WMD'S do not fall into the hands of the fundamentalists.I Just received news that about 200 people have died on the streets in Libya due to firing, i urge everyone do something before its too late , Twitter alone can't save Libya.
